I work gently and provide a clear space allowing you to explore your thoughts, feelings and aspirations at your own pace. Through this process, you will find insights emerge, enabling your recovery and making positive change possible, both within you and in your life.

I see people for varying lengths of time, taking into account each person’s requirements. During our initial meeting we can agree the frequency of the sessions that you may need. Depending on your preferences, sessions can take place face to face, by telephone, or via Skype.
